Description

The Roseberry is a house dating to circa 1840, located on Henbury Road in Westbury on Trym, Bristol. It is constructed of rubble with limestone dressings, rendered lateral stacks, and a slate hipped roof. The house follows a double-depth plan and is built in the Italianate style.

The two-storey, three-window front is symmetrical. A pitched porch, dating to the 20th century, features a semicircular doorway with an impost and key, containing a panelled door. The ground-floor windows are similar in style, also with a semicircular arch. First-floor windows lack ashlar jambs and feature late 20th-century glazing. Deep, overhanging eaves are supported by moulded brackets with small pendents. The interior has not been inspected.
