Description

Prospect Cottage is an 18th-century house located on Church Road in Westbury On Trym, Bristol. It is built of rubble with a brick stack and has a pantile roof. The house has a single-depth plan and is two storeys high with a one-window range. It is an extension of the adjoining No.38, featuring a 19th-century door, a ground-floor 8/8-pane sash window, and a first-floor 3-light 20th-century casement window. Inside, the roof is an 18th-century extension of the 15th-century roof from the adjoining No.38 Church Road.
