Clifton College, Warden'S Office Approximately 8 Metres North West Of Wilson Tower

The Warden's Office at Clifton College, built around 1860, is a school building likely designed by C. Hansom. It features random squared sandstone rubble with limestone dressings, a rear exterior ashlar stack, and a slate roof adorned with bands of hexagonal slates, all in the Gothic Revival style. The building has a single-depth plan and stands two storeys tall with a four-window range.

The front is regularly divided by buttresses and includes a plinth, moulded sill bands, ashlar bands, and a cornice with gargoyles beneath a crenellated parapet. On the left side, there is a shallow porch with a four-centre arched doorway that has double doors with strap hinges, carved spandrels, three ogee-headed overlights, a small side light, and a weathered roof. Between the buttresses, there are three-light mullion and transom windows with ogee heads, metal casements, and stained glass in the upper panels. An entrance is located second from the left, featuring a similar doorway.

The gabled ends of the building include steps leading up to an entrance on the right side, which has four overlights and side windows, topped with a trefoil in the gable. The left return has ground and first-floor windows, a blind window with a label mould, and a shield trefoil above the gable, which is adorned with a griffon pinnacle. The interior has not been inspected. The design of this building matches that of the Chemistry block nearby.
