Description

A terrace of four houses, now shops and offices, located on Whiteladies Road in Clifton, Bristol, built in the early to mid-19th century. The houses are constructed of limestone ashlar, with party wall stacks. They exhibit a double-depth plan, and stand three storeys high with an attic. Each house has a two-window facade. Ground-floor shops project the depth of the front gardens, separated by party walls featuring slim recesses. A cornice is supported by paired brackets, and the attic is coped. The windows have architraves, which diminish in size on the upper floors. The windows themselves feature a mix of sash styles, including 6/6-pane sashes. The interior of the buildings has not been inspected.
