Description

This is a pair of early to mid-19th century houses located on Clifton’s Whitladies Road, now used as shops and offices. The houses are constructed of limestone ashlar with party wall stacks. They have a double-depth plan and are arranged over three storeys and an attic. Each house has a two-window front. Modern shops project into the front gardens, with pilasters defining the party walls. The facades feature a sill band and a dentil cornice above the attic storey. The windows are sash windows, with smaller windows on the upper floors. The interior has not been inspected.
