Description

These are two 18th-century red-brick houses located at 4 and 5 Millhams Street. The houses have tiled roofs, and No. 5 has two attic dormers. There are a total of eleven sash windows; those in No. 4 have late 19th-century glazing, while those in No. 5 are mostly unbarred. No. 4 has a doorway with pilasters, a projecting cornice, and a door of six moulded panels, the top two of which are now glazed. No. 5 has a doorway within a moulded architrave with a pediment, and a door of five moulded panels; there is also an additional door on the south-east side of the façade. These houses form a group with The Cottage and the United Reform Church, its attached Sunday Schools, and the graveyards situated on both sides of the street.
