Description
30 Lambridge Place is a house dating from the early 19th century, with some alterations made in the late 19th century. The building is constructed of limestone ashlar, which is painted on the ground floor front, and features a double-pitched roof covered with double Roman tiles, along with moulded stacks on the right side.
The house has a double depth plan and stands two storeys high, with a two-window front. A coped parapet rises over the gable ends, and there is a stopped coved cornice at the front, along with a sill band on the first floor. The first floor has two six-over-six pane sash windows, while the ground floor features one two-over-two pane sash window located on the right. There is a simple porch with a flat hood and reeded fronts on the jambs, leading to a six-panel door that is glazed at the top.
At the rear, there are six-over-six pane sashes on the first floor and later additions on the ground floor. The interior, which was inspected in 1993, retains a Georgian staircase and the original front door.
