Description

This is a chest tomb dating from the mid to late 18th century, located 10 metres east of the Day Monument in Englishcombe. It is constructed from limestone ashlar and features illegible square side panels. The tomb is adorned with reeded pilasters and corner balusters, and the frieze is decorated with paterae and swags.
