Description
Mill Farmhouse is an estate farmhouse dated "October 5, 1878" and marked with "I.J." for the Inigo-Jones estate. It is constructed of coursed square rubble with rock-faced quoins and freestone dressings, topped with a slate roof featuring coped raised verges on moulded kneelers. The building has two storeys and three bays, with 8-pane glazing bar sash windows. A central, projecting, gabled porch made of ashlar features a ball finial on a stem and a segmental headed doorway. Mill Farmhouse is part of an intact and unaltered mid-Victorian estate village.
