Description
Harington House is a pair of estate cottages that have been converted into a single house. It is dated "1858" and features the initials "IJ" on shield badges, indicating its connection to the Inigo-Jones estate. The building is constructed from coursed, squared rubble with freestone dressings and has a double Roman tiled roof topped with a central ashlar stack. It stands two storeys high and has two sets of windows: three-light casements on the ground floor and two-light casements on the first floor, all with plain chamfered mullions and surrounds, and each set is topped with outer dripmoulds. The outer doors include one on the left that is currently blocked.
