Description
17 Sion Hill is a house built in the early 19th century, with later additions from the 19th century. It is constructed from limestone ashlar and features a slate roof with moulded stacks at the gable ends. The original building has three storeys and a front with two windows, surrounded by a coped parapet and cornice. To the north, there is a late 19th-century two-storey lean-to range and a single-storey range facing the street. The ashlar wall is approximately 3 meters high and includes a repositioned doorcase with Tuscan pilasters and a pediment on the left, a wrought iron scroll lamp bracket in the center, and 20th-century garage doors on the right. The garden front is said to have balconettes on the windows and a platband. The interior has not been inspected.
