Description
Lower Twinhoe Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, with alterations and extensions made in the early 18th century and 19th century. It is constructed of rubble and features a triple angle tiled roof with coped raised verges. The building has two storeys and consists of seven bays. The windows are predominantly two-light casements, with some being modern, while others are chamfered or have edge roll moulded mullions and surrounds. The central door has been blocked, and there are modern doors to the right and left. There are modern single storey extensions on both sides, which are not considered of special interest.
