Description
These gateposts and flanking walls, located about 100 metres southeast of The Grange, date from around 1825. They are constructed from ashlar rubble. The gatepiers are square and feature full-length moulded panels, topped with a larger cap that has a Greek key frieze and a double barrel vaulted shape, finished with a ball finial. On either side, there are walls approximately 1.5 metres high and 3 metres long that curve in plan, one directing towards the house and the other away from it.
