Description

The Naish Monument is a chest tomb located 2 metres southeast of the south porch of the Church of St. James in Cameley. It dates from the 17th century, with the earliest inscription dating to 1656 and the latest to 1711. The tomb is made of limestone and features a large slab with cyma recta moulding. There are two panels on each side and arched panels at both ends, with lettering in capitals on the panels.
