Description
Vine Cottage is a house that dates from the late 17th century and was remodeled in the 18th century, with a datestone above the door reading 1710. It has also undergone early 20th-century alterations. The building is constructed of ashlar and features a Cotswold stone slate roof. It stands two storeys high with attics that have hipped dormers and consists of four bays. The windows are modern 20th-century casements with plain stone mullions, arranged in two and three lights. A string course runs above the ground floor, and there is a modern six-panel door to the left, which is sheltered by a flat stone hood supported on brackets.
