Description
Church Farmhouse is a farmhouse with an early 17th century core at the rear and a main wing dating from the late 17th to early 18th century. The main wing is built of rubble, while the rear wing is rendered. It features freestone dressings, copings, and quoins, with a plain tile roof on the south side and a double Roman tile roof on the north side. The building has two storeys and three windows. The ground floor has four-light ovolo mullions with a continuous dripmould, and 19th century casements. The upper windows are three-light ovolo mullions with a central two-light opening, all adorned with hoodmoulds. There is a central doorway with chamfered jambs and a part glazed panelled 18th century door, along with a gabled 20th century porch. The ends of the building feature rendered stacks.
