10/16 Barn to east of Parish - Church

Barn. Late C17. Coursed rubble with freestone quoins and dressings; double Roman tiled roof with coped raised verges. Traditional plan with gabled projecting porch on north side; the south entry is now blocked but the north one has a semi- circular headed cart entry in a plain surround with a keystone, small circular owl entry in the gable. To each side of the porch are 2 plain loop vents below a keyed bullseye window in a square surround with sunken spandrels; similar win- dows in gable ends. Interior: tie-beam roof of 8 bays.
