Description
The monument to William Sabin, located in the churchyard to the north of the Parish Church in Combe Hay, is a chest tomb dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed from limestone ashlar and features fielded square side panels, fluted pilasters, and corner balusters. The tomb is adorned with a moulded plinth, cornice, and a frieze that is enriched with swags. William Sabin died in the 1790s.
