Description

Tadwick House is a late 17th to early 18th century farmhouse. It is constructed of coursed rubble with freestone dressings and has a stone slate roof with coped raised verges. The building is arranged over three storeys and has two bays. The front features 3-light casement windows with ovolo moulded mullions and surrounds, with 20th century replacements on the ground floor. Second-floor windows are 2-light casements. Continuous string courses run along the front elevation. A central, 20th century projecting porch provides access to an inner plank door set within a moulded surround. A rear stair turret is also present.
