Description

These are an 18th or early 19th century steam mills, a large three-storey block constructed of roughly squared limestone rubble. The roof is slate, with coped verges and two ridge chimneys built of brick with ashlar bases, featuring a saddlestone on the left. There are four windows, mostly narrow, each with 3-light glazing bar casements and square mullions. The second floor has two modern 2-light casements as an exception. Originally there were three doors on the ground floor, but now there are two. A blocked gable light is visible in the garret. A cellar is present.
