Description

The east garden wall of The Island House, located in Midsomer Norton, dates from the early 18th century. It is constructed of red sandstone and features an ashlar band and quoins, with a brick lining on the inside. The wall has a round-headed entrance adorned with ashlar keys. It extends southward for approximately 40 yards, reaching the River Somer.
