3/18 Stable and attached wall about 21.9.60 30 metres north east of The G.V. Manor House

Stable, now in school use, and attached wall. Early C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Sandstone rubble with limestone dressings, pantiled roof with raised coped verges. 2 storeys and 3 bays, centre bay broken forward, ground floor has former carriage entry with segmental head and C20 doors, to left C20 door with segmental head, to right 3-light casement with chamfered stone mullions and hood mould; first floor has similar central 3-light window and keyed oculus to each side; cornice, pediment over central bay with blind lunette. Left return has keyed oculus at upper level, right return has similar oculus and C20 window at ground floor; rear has 2 small flat-roofed C20 additions, external stair to first floor door, 2 C20 windows at first floor. Attached to left return, curtain wall of C19, about 4 metres high and extending about 15 metres with 4-centred arched chamfered opening and battlements.
