Description
This early 19th-century building is located on Montague Street. It is three storeys high and has a stucco facade. Four evenly spaced Ionic pilasters feature on the upper floors, distinguished by their elaborately moulded capitals. The bases of the pilasters are obscured by a modern shopfront at ground floor level. The building has three sash windows on each floor; those on the top floor retain glazing bars. A parapet sits above the cornice of the entablature, and the roof is covered with tiles in two spans.
