Description

4 Bath Place is an early 19th-century building, part of a larger development encompassing numbers 5 to 8. It is three storeys and has an attic. The building features a three-light bay window and a blind window to the right-hand side. A modern shopfront and door have been added. The slate roof is finished with a modillion eaves cornice. A Victorian balcony with decorative iron railings is present on the first floor of the bay window. There is one dormer window. The building is stuccoed. Nos. 4 to 8 form a group.
