Description

This is a group of three early 19th-century cottages located at 20 to 24 High Street, West Tarring. The cottages are constructed of painted brick and have two storeys with a total of five windows. A small cornice with modillions sits below the eaves, and the roof is slate-covered. Number 20 features a doorway with pilasters and an entablature, containing a six-panelled, moulded door. Number 22 has a small, early 19th-century shop window with small, square panes of glass. Numbers 2 to 16 (even) and 20 to 32 (even) form a group.
