Description

Number 83, including its area railings, is an early 19th-century building situated on a corner plot on Marine Parade. It is three storeys high with a basement. The main front elevation features two sash windows and a right-hand entrance door. A wooden balcony extends across the first storey. The east front, facing West Buildings, has three sash windows, with the central window being blind. A central, round-headed doorway is distinguished by a coved voussoir surround. A short railing, with fleur-de-lys finials, runs along the area and to the door steps.
