Description

74 Marine Parade is an early 19th-century building that stands four storeys tall with an attic. The façade is stuccoed and features a curved bay with two windows on each floor, except for the attic. There are pilasters at the sides extending from the second to the third floors, along with a cornice and parapet. The roof is mansarded and includes one dormer. A wooden balcony with a hood is present on the first floor. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 74 to 79 Marine Parade.
