Maltmayes is a restored 15th-century timber-framed hall house of Wealden type located in Warnham. The building features a recessed center with two projecting wings, and the first floor extends over the ground floor on bressumers and brackets. Curved braces are present on the first floor of the wings and support the eaves of the center section. The ground floor is infilled with sandstone rubble, while the upper floor is made of very small flints. The roof is covered with Horsham slabs, and there are casement windows with diamond-shaped panes. The house has two storeys and four windows.
