Description

Holly Tree Lodge is a 15th-century Wealden hall house that has been converted into a residential home. The building features a timber frame with exposed plaster infill and is underbuilt in red brick, topped with a plain tiled roof. It consists of four framed bays and stands two storeys tall. Originally, the house had jetties on both the left and right sides, which have since been underbuilt. The hall bays are recessed and include a flying wall plate supported by arched braces. The roof is hipped with gablets, and there are stacks located at the centre left, as well as at both the right and left ends. The house has four wooden casement windows on each floor and a boarded door on the left side.
