Description

This is a 17th-century barn that has been clad in the 20th century. It features a timber frame covered with red brick and has an asbestos-tiled hipped roof. The end wall is made of 17th-century red brick laid in English bond, complete with a plinth, plat band, and rusticated door surrounds. Inside, the barn consists of 8 bays with aisles and straight passing shores supporting the arcade posts, and it has a clasped purlin roof.
