Description

Maudlyn House is an early 19th-century double-L-shaped house that has been converted into three separate dwellings. The building stands two storeys tall and features eight windows. It is finished in stucco and has a hipped slate roof, with the glazing bars remaining intact. The south front of the east bay includes one bay on the ground floor that is covered by a slate roof. On the north-east front, there is a solid porch supported by twin Doric columns and pilasters on each side.
