Description

Nos 22 and 23 on Westhampnett Road are a pair of mid-19th century cottages, known locally as Duchess Cottages, associated with the Goodwood Estate. The buildings are designed in a half-H plan and stand two storeys tall, featuring four windows. They are constructed from coursed flints, with decorative dressings, quoins, a stringcourse, and dripstones above the projecting bays, which are topped with gables.
