Description

No. 33 and No. 34 on Newhouse Lane are a pair of mid-19th century cottages, known locally as Duchess Cottages, and are part of the Goodwood Estate. The buildings are T-shaped and stand two storeys high, featuring four windows. They are constructed from coursed flints with red brick dressings, quoins, and dripstones above the windows. The roof is tiled, and the cottages have casement windows, with two gables on the south wing.
