Description

Nos 30 and 31 on Newhouse Lane are two cottages that were originally a single building from the early 17th century, part of the Goodwood Estate. The structure is a rectangular block with a half-H plan roof and stands two storeys tall. It features three windows and is faced with flints, complemented by red brick dressings and quoins. The west side has two half-hipped gables that include attic windows, and the roof is tiled. The windows are casement style.
