Nos 27 and 28 East Dean is a 17th-century building located in East Dean Village, part of the Goodwood Estate. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The exterior is faced with knapped flints, complemented by red brick dressings, quoins, and a string course. The roof is hipped and tiled, and the windows are casement style.
