Description

20 and 21 Westhampnett Road are a pair of cottages built in the mid-19th century, known locally as Duchess Cottages. They are part of the Goodwood Estate and feature a half-H plan. The cottages are two storeys high and have four windows. The exterior is made of coursed flints with red brick dressings, quoins, a stringcourse, and dripstones over the windows. The roof is tiled, and the windows are casement style. The outer window bays project and have gables above them.
