19A South Street is a 17th-century building located on the west side of South Street. It features two storeys, a parapet, and one sash window on the first floor. The ground floor has an early to mid-19th century plate-glass shop front, and the doorway is adorned with moulded panels, with the upper part being glazed. The building includes cellars and has an original passageway that connects the cellars to the Cathedral and St Faith's Chapel. It forms part of a group with Vicar's Hall and Crypt, Canon Gate, and Nos 8 to 25 South Street.
