No. 19 South Street is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys high and features two windows. It has a tiled gabled roof with a Sussex hip and a stack located at the south end. The exterior is stuccoed, and it showcases large sash windows set in moulded frames. At the south end, there is a doorway flanked by fluted Doric pilasters, which are topped with an impost moulding, architrave, and cornice. The entrance consists of a six-panelled door with narrow reveals, featuring two fielded panels in the centre and the top two panels cut away and glazed.
