Description

Vicar's Hall and Crypt is a historic building located on South Street, dating from the late 12th century for the undercroft, while the hall above was constructed in the late 14th century and features an open timber roof. The front of the building facing South Street is made of red brick from the 18th century. Vicar's Hall and Crypt, along with Canon Gate and Nos 8 to 25 (consecutive), are recognized as a group of significant structures.
