Description

Broadlands is a former Goodwood Estate cottage dating from the 16th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and has plaster or red brick infilling. The east and south walls have been refaced with flints and feature stone quoins. The cottage has a hipped thatched roof and includes casement windows. It is one storey high with an attic, featuring one window and one blocked window-space.
