Description

48 and 49 Petworth Road is a mid-19th century T-shaped building located on the southeast side of Petworth Road in Boxgrove. It stands two storeys tall and features four windows. The exterior is constructed from coursed flints with red brick dressings, quoins, and dripstones above the windows, which are made of grey headers. The building has a tiled roof and casement windows, with two gables on the west wing.
