Description

Pear Tree House is an 18th-century building located on the northwest side of Petworth Road in Boxgrove. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The exterior is constructed of red brick with alternating grey headers and includes a string course. The roof is tiled, and the windows are casement style. The doorway is topped with a flat hood supported by brackets.
