Description
Nos 40 and 41 on Petworth Road is a mid-19th century T-shaped building that stands two storeys tall and features four windows. The structure is constructed from coursed flints with dressings, quoins, and dripstones above the windows. It incorporates red brick and grey headers, and has a tiled roof. The building has casement windows, a central gable, and smaller gables on either side. This property is part of the Goodwood Estate.
