Description
No. 52 North Street is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall and features five windows. It has a tiled hipped roof, a string course above the ground floor, and a cornice with a blocking course. The building is adorned with sash windows set in reveals with flat arches, and the glazing bars are intact. The first-floor windows are framed by moulded shouldered architraves. The doorway is notable for its fluted Greek Doric columns and entablature, leading to a six-panel moulded door with similarly shaped panels on either side, positioned behind the columns. This property is part of a group that includes Nos. 50 to 63 North Street and The Ship Hotel, along with No. 5 Guildhall Street.
