Description

67 and 68 South Street are 18th century buildings that stand three storeys tall with an attic. They feature a tiled gabled roof that has a higher ridge-line than the adjacent buildings at Nos 65 and 66, and a wide shallow central chimney stack. The buildings have two dormers with tiled hipped roofs and a coved cornice. Constructed from red brick, they include a stringcourse between the first and second floors. There are two sash windows with intact glazing bars, except for the first-floor window of No 68, which is a three-sided square bay window.
