Description
East Pallant Cottage is an 18th- to early 19th-century building, likely originally a warehouse or outbuilding. It has a red tiled roof with a hip at the north-east end, and a small stack at the south-west end. The exterior is painted brick. The front has four window openings on the upper floor, containing modern sash windows with intact glazing bars (a three-light sash window is in the north-easternmost bay). On the ground floor, the south-westernmost bay has a carriage entrance. Further north-east, two modern sash windows with glazing bars, set in segmental arches, flank a doorway containing a modern glazed door with side lights.
