Description

THE STEYNE 1. 5401 (West Side) Nos 19 to 23 (odd) SZ 9398 N4 7/77 II GV 2. Mid 19. No 19 is included for group value only. 2 storeys. Stuccoed. 2-storey 3-light bay windows to each. No 23 also has single window. Doorway of No 19 is a later modification: it is recessed. Nos 21 and 23 have grooved architraves to the doors (No 21 5-panel, top one glazed: No 23 modern). The windows of No 19 are a modern alteration: the rest are sashes. Nos 9 to 17 (odd). Sailsbury House Nos 19 to 27 (odd) and Steyne Hall form a group, being an uniterupted sequence.
