Description

Evergreen Cottage and Maytree Cottage is a single long building located on the north side of Church Lane in Ferring. The northern half of the building likely dates back to the 17th century, while the southern half is from the 18th century and is of a higher elevation. The building has two storeys and features five windows. It is constructed with flints and has red brick dressings and quoins. The roof is thatched, and the windows are casement style.
