Description

Holly Cottage is a two-storey building dated 1759, located on the north side of Church Lane in Ferring. The exterior is faced with squared knapped flints, featuring red brick dressings, quoins, and a flush stringcourse with grey headers. The roof is tiled, and the windows retain their glazing bars. The doorway displays the date 1759 along with the initials "O.T.A."
