Description
3A Ferring Street is a building that dates back to the early 19th century and was originally an outbuilding of Smugglers Cottage. It is a single-storey structure with one window. The exterior is faced with cobbles and features red brick dressings and quoins. The roof is made of slate, and the glazing bars are intact. The chimney shaft has been cut off above the eaves.
